With the European project REPARTIR, CISL Lombardia, in partnership with the trade union organizations of France, Spain, Romania, Poland, Greece, Germany and Bulgaria, the Cisl Study Center  Studium srl and with the support of ETUC and EESC, intend reinforce the capabilities of the trade union organizations in the management of the strategy to exit from the crisis through the scoial dialogue according with the goals of the Strategy UE2020 and to contribute to the development of common strategies to exit from the crisis and to encourage the european project.

In particular the project REPARTIR would reinforce the capabilities of the trade union organizations involved in the project to face the global challenges like active inclusion and in particular the challenge of diversity management in the companies and in the organizations, the diversity’s issue in the workplace and in the society.

The diversity management is the global challenge that we want face with this project, with the aim to promote in Europe an efficient model of integration oriented to the promotion of a working method that is inclusive and able to support the expression of the different talents, experiences and identities of the people and that is able to value them.
